Great performance of our Devo rider Kotulski in the breakaway of the day at Grand Prix Cappadocia

The race today was hard with many crosswinds and high pace right from beginning. When the 9 riders attacked, I was on the front of the group so I decided to follow them even though there were still 120 km to go and three climbs in front of us.

I thought that peloton would have caught us on the first climb and I was really surprised when I saw that gap was almost 8 mins! That’s when I told myself to continue working hard to keep that gap. I spent 120 km in breakaway. I fell it was the hardest day on the bike in my life! I left everything on the road.

The last 10km were really really hard. I kept fighting and I got 15th place.
