2024 season rolls on in Tour of Antalya

Team Novo Nordisk will continue its start to the 2024 season when it lines up in the fifth edition of the Tour of Antalya on 8 February. The world’s first all diabetes professional cycling team will be looking to continue its positive start to the season after Matyas Kopecky picked up the team’s first top ten of the season in Volta a la Communitat Valenciana.
“We’re very happy to be heading back to race at the Tour of Antalya,” said General Manager Vassili Davidenko. “We always enjoy a wonderful reception in Turkey from the fans and organizers alike and it’s a special race for us.”
Tour of Antalya comprises four stages and Team Novo Nordisk will be lining up with a mixture of youth and experience, including a couple of debutants to the Pro Team.
“A couple of the guys, like Matyas and Filippo are coming in off the back of a hard few days racing at Valenciana and the rest of the team will be lining up for the first time this year. Alessandro and Antonio are both making their senior professional debuts and as neo pros they need to enjoy this experience, but also go into the race with their eyes open, ready to learn and develop.”
