1. PROMOTION PERIOD

Promotion begins on December 1, 2017, and ends January 31, 2018, when all entries must be received (“Promotion Period”).

The winner will be announced by February 15, 2018.

2. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, complete our 2017 Survey newsletter here.

Completing the survey automatically registers you for a chance of winning.

Winner selection will be conducted by Team Novo Nordisk staff from all eligible* entries on or around February 1, 2018 (the “Drawing Date”).

Participants may only enter once. You do not need to have diabetes to participate.

3. PRIZES

One winner will be announced byFebruary 15, 2018. The winner will receive a 2018 Team Novo Nordisk cycling kit (jersey and bib shorts).

Sizing to be determined.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner selection will be conducted at random by Team Novo Nordisk from all eligible* entrieson or aroundFebruary 1, 2018 (the “Drawing Date”).

Potential winners will be notified by Team Novo Nordisk via email.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) days from the date Team Novo Nordisk first tries to notify him/her, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize.
