TNN Devo Excels in Poland with Teamwork and Top 20 Finish
Team Novo Nordisk Development Team kicked off their block of racing in Poland, in the popular area of Mazowsze, with a one-day race, Memorial Andrzeja Trochanowskiego. After great teamwork, Celestin (Wattelle) managed to sprint to 16th place, making it a good start with a top 20 finish for the team.
The route was almost 160km long, a very simple, flat circuit with some roundabouts but mostly big wide roads.
“The plan was to keep Celestin in the front for the second part of the race and organize the lead-out,” said the development team’s sports director Sergey Lagutin. “Louis Marie (Posnic) and Przemysław (Kotulski) showed great teamwork and helped Celestin in the last 10km. Celestin was out of trouble and was able to secure a top 20 place in a very tricky and dangerous sprint.”
Overall, the team is pleased with this solid performance and looks forward to building on this momentum in their upcoming races.
